Our technology allow tenants and owners the ability to stay informed throughout the repair process. We work with our network of independent contractors based in the Metro Detroit area to accurately and efficiently repair your property when needed.
We ensure property security by installing and maintaining proper lighting, securing entry points, conducting regular property inspections, and providing tenants with guidelines for personal safety and security.
Upon move-out, we conduct a thorough inspection to assess any damages beyond normal wear and tear. The security deposit is returned within 30 days, minus any deductions for repairs or unpaid rent, with an itemized statement provided.
Tenants can make payments using their online tenant portal via ACH, credit or debit cards. Tenants can also deposit funds into the tenant trust account.
